My OH worked out a chinese meal he makes for me at home which is 8.5 points.
1 portion of fresh egg noodles
2 quorn fillets
1 grated carrot
1 corgette
bean sprouts (which I am assuming are 0 points?)
and amoy satay sauce.

Not quite the same as kicking your feet and ordering it BUT you could cook it after their order next time so your meal is ready when theirs arrives? Its honestly really tasty and filling :)

P.s. where in N.I are you from? Im originally from Bangor and have lived in Tandragee for a bit too :D

bit late but plain noodles are 4 points for whole tray, and chicken with pineapple is only 3 points for whole lot :) it's what i usually have or if they have tray specials then rice and noodles with curry sauce, noodles 2, rice 5 and curry 2 so i count it as 10 to be on safe side :)
