try this one when you have time.....
Doner Spiced Meatloaf
1 lb minced lean lamb
3 tsp dried mint
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mint sauce or 1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp garlic granules or 1-2 garlic cloves crushed
1 small onion minced (or 1 tsp onion salt)
1/2 tsp sea salt
generous grind of pepper
1.mix all ingedients together by hand or in a food processor if you want it finely ground for a smoother texture
2. form into a rough loaf shape and place on rack in baking tray
3. Bake in the middle of the oven (375/190/gas 5) for 1 hour.
serve with slimming world chips and a HEXB 55g asda wholemeal pitta (and sauces synned if desired)
