Hmm ? How many points are they ? I got into the habit of eating them out of the coffee shop for breakfast BAD BAD choice *slap me* but I am not a morning person so I find I have started eating that to cheer me up WHY i dont know

Muffins vary greatly Points wise.
For example....

Starbucks Double Chocolate Muffin(10points!!!!)
Starbucks skinny Blueberry Muffin(5points)
Tesco's Chocolate 'n' Orange Muffin,73grams(4.5points)
Asda Chocolate Chip Muffin, 105grams(7points)
Asda Chocolate Chip Mini Muffin,30grams(2points)
Entenmans Double Choc Chip Muffin,85grams(6.5points)
Entenmans 95% Fat free Double Chocolate Chip Muffin,61grams(3points)
Hope this helps a bit. It's well worth searching for a lower point variety Muffin.

yea i didnt know they varied that much, never heard of Entenmans ? Their muffins are low in points
