I read somewhere on the site, that a tetra brick frozen tastes great, just like ice cream. I have frozen a chocolate tetra, but it just looks like a big blob of chocolate ice, it is much too hard to get a spoon into.
Where have I gone wrong?
I leave mine in the freezer at least overnight so it goes absolutely solid, take it out about an hour before I want to eat it, unwrap it and then leave it in a bowl at room temperature to defrost.
After about an hour it's melted to icecream consistency and is yummy!!!
I just take mine out of the freezer, unwrap it and put it into a bowl and throw it into the microwave for a few seconds, until the top softens a little bit.
Waited for my frozen block to thaw and you are all right - absolutely divine. It took ages to eat and felt like a real treat - just right for a Friday night!
Well definitley be indulging again,
