No, I love that, a really good idea :) 2lbs a week off sounds good to me.
Not sure what's happened this week but I've lost 5lbs which I'm amazed at but obviously very happy with.

Happy to report I've lost an awesome 10lbs towards my 70lb target yey

157 days until Christmas Day.
22 weeks until Christmas!!

By what I want to loose that's 3lb a week which seems perfectly achievable. Got to love a target!! It would be nice to think every week I get a 3lb or higher loss that I could be 10 stone at Christmas!!
Would love to see other people's weekly targets to get them there makes it seem more realistic :) you may either love me or hate me for this :)

Hi everyone.... I want to join in please :) I have just restarted after a lengthy break after an operation. 1st weigh in is on sunday. Did fine up until day three evening when I helped myself to 4 roses chocs.... hope I didn't do too much damage!! Old habits die hard... Anyway, I've added myself to the end of the list.
