Ha ha - I have even resorted to Facebook games I am locked away in my room still have another shake today as tried to space them out a bit more as its this time I am starting to think FOOD! but not out of hunger just boredom I think and I live round the corner from a chip shop, pizza place, indian, 2 chineses and a kfc type place I am convinced I can smell them lol 60lbs is like just over 4 stone I can do that I am sure!

Hi, I have been messing around with SS for the last week and I really need to focus and start shifting the pounds. I would like to lose 4 stone before Xmas or be as close to goal as possible. Starting weight 14stone 12 lbs target weight 10st 12 lbs. Hoping to lose 56 lbs.
