Hi Sam,

My first WI since opting in will be tomo night. It is likely to be a gain after my Spain hols!! . I will let you know after the WI!! (If its a gain, I guess it needs to be entered then I will have the 3 stone plus the gain to lose??)

I am a real Christmas-aholic so this is the perfect challenge for me to do!! I am so excited....how sad!!

Just to report in after my WI tonight. MY gain, as far as group was concerned was 2.8lbs, I was pretty pleased about that, as I started SS-ing again, after the hols, only this Sunday, & I know I had put on much more than that.

Hopefully I will be able to record my first loss on this challenge next week!!

Please Please Please can i join, I really need some motivation to do this, and i would luuuurve to be 3-4 stone lighter by xmas.

Can i post my weight loss from last thursday which was 8lbs.

I have been struggling again this week and won't weigh again until next thursday because my CDC is on holiday, so an 8lb loss for me so far.
