Wow, just looked at your stats! You are doing so so well! 8.5lb to go?! I'm sure you'll lose that and more before Christmas!

Now I really need to knuckle down. I've used a holiday and totm as excuses for the last week so I'm 100% back on it today and hopefully I'll manage to shift this extra pound and more before weigh in on thurs!
 
Ah thanks, I'm sure it'll slow down more now though! I think cutting carbs in the evening has boosted my weight loss as I'm an absolute carb junkie! Il be happy with losing just 5.5 more pounds before Christmas but ideally the whole 8.5 will be amazing :) you can do it!x
 
Hm, I might try that next week. This week is a disaster! I'm sticking to my points but I keep sneak peeking and I'm now 2lb up on my pre-holiday weight. Two more days to weigh in so I'm still hoping my body magically dissolves those 2lb and then either way I'm going to have a totally fresh start on Thursday!

The only thing I can think is that I'm overdoing the exercise and not eating those points. What do you think? :s
 
Ok, so I've decided to change my WI day to Wednesday. I tend to see friends mid-week so it just makes more sense for me to be able to dip into my weeklies again on Wednesday night, plus Tuesday is normally more low key with less chance of overeating before my weigh in.

Happily this means I'm 2lb down this morning and back to my pre-holiday weight. Sadly, my stats here are still the same and I now need to lose 2lb every week until Christmas to make my target. Eek!

Yeah try eating your ap, it might make a difference :) you can do 2lbs a week, maybe moving your wi day will boost it too :)

Snap. Plus I occasionally have a protein shake after the gym and don't point it because I know it's covered by the AP. I'm going to try and just eat all my weeklies this week and see how it goes.
