Well done Lynne and Jodie - both fantastic results! Jodie, I'd kill for 2lbs a week - I'm usually a half to 1lb girl... except for the odd big loss and unexpected gain! :eek:

I am desperate for a Christmas where I don't wear leggings and a baggy top again! I want to wear a lbd with pride!

I'm totally addicted to this die and I love SW.

Brief history ; list tons of weight years ago on the old points plan. Tried SW as the weight crept up but no diet worked as I never followed anything prop
erly. I piled on the the weight before the baby but I lost 3-4 stones very easily.

Joined sw on a limb and love it!! Lost 7lb now and its changed my eating habits for good x,
 
Hi All,

I am hoping it is not too late to join this tread. I would love to be very close to my target weight in time for christmas and been able to wear a little black dress would be a bonus.

I am an emotional binge eater so I will definately find it harder to lose the extra weight which i have drastically put on over the last two years. I have exactly three stone to lose which is 42 pound. Under the circumstances I dont know if I will get all of this off for xmas but i hope to be very close.

I know that i am late joining but I have exactly 24 weigh ins before christmas day. My weigh in day is on a wednesday so my 25th weigh in is christmas day so i think i will forget about weigh in on this day. Based on these statistics i will have to lose on average 2 pound a week.

Cant wait to getting started properly. Hope to be an active member of this group so i hope to get to know ye all better.

Well done on such a great weight loss.

I started slimming world about 10 months ago on extra easy but ended up going bck to my old ways. Started bck 2 weeks ago but choose da green plan as I liked da option of two healthy a and b's. in da 2 weeks I lost 9.5 pound.
 
Eaterannonymous i do it on my phone by pressing my right button and pressing subscribe. Then the thread is always in my favourites list

:wavey:If you go to the top of the page on the blue bar to the right, will be your WELCOME, YOUR NAME, PROFILE etc and then SUBSCRIBED THREADS, I don't know if this appears straight away, or if you have to make 50 posts...but, every time you reply to a thread, it appears on that list, so all you have to do is look on there. Hey Pollywotsit, my target is also 3 stone. I know I have a lot of wrk to do but really want to get to target by christmas.

I am also getting bck into been active and am completing the couch to 5k. Jst complete week 6 day 1 tonight. Found it really tough but plan to stay at this week for a while until I find it easier to complete.

I too have a three stone target for Xmas. I know it's a lot but would love to b at target for Xmas.

I am starting bck into my exercise this week. On week 6 day week1. Complete dis tonight but found it really tough. Plan to stay of dis week for the next while until I find my speed is improving.

I replied to your post last night on my iphone but for some reason it doesnt seem to have posted. Stupid iphone.

I too have exactly three stone to lose and would love to get this off my xmas in order to get my target membership. Cant wait until i dont have to pay any longer for my group. Another good bonus of been at target.:)

I am going to print out your poster and use it as a motivational tool for myself. Such a great idea.

My weigh in day is wednesdays but didnt get to group last night due to late working hours. :mad: Weighed myself last night and i think i lost two pounds. However there is a difference between my scales and my group scales so i dont know exactly how much i lost. Hope to see a nice drop next week when i get back.

This group is really motivating me and for the first time i believe that i can do this.
