    hi thought its high time i did a food dairy for this week

    any comments would be appreciated.

    Tuesday

    breakfast - 2 weetabix milk from
    allowance
    banana
    cup of coffee milk from
    allowance

    Lunch - packet low fat super noodles
    3 quorn sausages

    dinner - five bean chilli and rice
    low fat muller yoghurt

    plenty of diet drinks over day and some strawberries.

    Wednesday

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix milk form
    allowance
    banana
    cup of coffee milk from
    allowance

    Lunch - ham sandwich bread from
    allowance
    strawberries

    dinner - salmon with massive stir fry
    using fry light
    muller yoghurt
    can of diet pepsi
