Day 1-Weight 14st 9lb
Have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I'd only put on 9 pounds in 4 years...however...I feel myself much bigger or maybe everyone else is just much thinner.
Nothing like being asked to be in the bridal party of your much skinny friend (along with her own skinny friends) to give me the motivation to actually lose it this time instead of losing just a stone, feeling fabulous, falling off the wagon and back to square one.
So here I go....my third attempt at Slimming world and having to do it at home this time as the meeting near me doesn't suit. Wish me luck!
