Cinta is back.....again

Hi, I'm back. I find the forum all a bit too much nowadays. I loved it when we all just talked to each on the same page, but I suppose this is progress. Just to much to look at now. I've put on a few lbs, but in the pink & back on track now. I shall look around to see if ther is anyone I know & use the forum to monitor my progress to keep me on track.
I need to look at some of the great recipes too.
