Class v Online

Which do you prefer? so far i have done online for 7 weeks but i feel a bit like there no help and support for me so was wondering if i should go to a class so hopefully i meet others and have a leader for the help and support needed. the only thing is that class works out more expensive than online. i am so unsure what to do

hi, I have only done the classes but I do find them helpful. There is so much positivity in the room, with all the stars, silver 7s etc etc. Its also helpful for showing portion sizes, showing variety of choices.
Personally I need the discipline of standing in from of someone on a scales - helps keep me motivated :D

I hope you get some helpful advice on here that will help you make the right choice for you!

I must admit I have to have to go to meeting to keep me motivated, tried it in the past where I just did it online, failed miserably as I didn't feel accountable if that makes sense...

I now go to my class every wk, don't always stay for the meeting mind, but feel more accountable as if I have a sts (haven't had a gain.. Yet!! Touch wood) and feel I have to explain where I went wrong/ reasons or what I could do different etc

I do have e-source as well, so have the best of both worlds online & classes, my friend is doing it solo online and is doing fantastic, so really depends on the individual, I need both I think, but if I had to choose one or the other, I personally would choose my classes for the motivation, tips, and personal support & social side, I have made a few friends from the classes, hope that helps

Idid it online by myself for 4 months and then had a 3month break. I decided to restarted and i pay £20 a month for weekly pass and online. If find it more helpful because there is people there and they are doing the same thing and talking about it. Also when i restarted i found out i had been pointing some things completly wrong!! good luck whatever you decide :)
