My routine is quick but daily! I vacuum whole house when I get home from work, polish every other day, bleach kitchen and hard floors daily, bathrooms quick wipe daily, bed changing once a week, I do all this by 7.30am leaving the rest of the day free 
Guess that is the only benefit of working early mornings! My kids make a mess with toys all day then we all pick them up before they go to bed leaving the house looking ok

I've just moved house and when I moved out of the old one it was a S**t tip and I was so embarrassed and it took so long to get it decent enough to hand back to the landlords.
I dont want to let this place get the same but it is never ending and I loook forward to reading back through this thread for some tips when i have more time!

I`m a bit alergic to ironing!! Only do it when there`s something I want to wear!!
Housework is a bit haphazard. The kids have grown up and left home years ago (there is a God!! lol) and made me a grandma 5 times over. Still haven`t got into the habit of doing housework every day and making a plan.
My mum remarks about the windows as well! I just ask if she`s offering to do them for me!!
