how much do you need to lose to be club 10,i dont go to group so i dont know

10% of your body weight hun. Work out your starting weight in pounds and it's 10% of that. xx

thanks joylou im useless at maths but my starting weight was 14st and 3lb....help , im now 11st 11lb

ok ,just worked out that 14 st 3 lb is 199 lb so minus 10% of that = 19.9 lb,so does that mean id have to lose 19.9 lb from my original starting weight of 14st 3lb ,sorry not my best subject :?
