Hello all!

I've got some cod pieces in the freezer and have absolutely no idea what to do with them, so I'd love some ideas please!

Just to note: I'm a bit fed up with tomato based stuff and don't have anything else in to make a fish pie (hence why I'm stuck)

Thank you!

I know you say you're fed up with tomato but how about a spicey salsa type topping at least its not a sauce then and you can just have a bit, its tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli powder, paprika and anything else you might want to throw in, do you ever go on bbc good food website? they have loads on there and are easily adapted or the come dine with me site

Here's an idea....

Get a piece of foil and spray with frylight.

Put cod in foil and spray again.

Cover in chopped up veg...onions, mushrooms, peppers, that sort of thing.

Sprinkle over some soy sauce.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins.

Et voila

xx

1 slice of whole wheat bread from 1/2 HEa, blend to breadcrumbs, mix with herbs and garlic the add to the top of your fillet, with a few little dabs of low fat spread ( will need synning) and then bake in oven till fish is cooked through and topping is golden.
