Can anyone help me, I dont normally cook fish because my boyfriend doesnt like it but I have bought some cod and want to do something really nice with it to convince him to give fish a go! Can anyone help??

You could make fish and chips!!!! Surely any man wouldnt turn that down!

Try the recipe section above, there are loads of recipes there, so there is bound to be a good recipe for your cod.

I personally would wrap it in foil and bake in the oven, spray some frylight on first, a squirt of lemon juice, few cherry tomatoes and a scattering of prawns, and salt & pepper, serve with new potatoes and salad, lovely...

I'm not a fan of fish...(hold the jokes) but I love fish cakes and fish pie!

I like it done in foil with chopped ginger, spring onions and soy sauce, or wrapped in bacon. Or the inevitable fish pie.( I use schwartz garlic/ mushroom sauce made with half the amount of milk 4.5 syns per pack.)
