Coffee Mate and Shape

Can anyone tell me what 2 teaspoons of Coffee Mate is in syns please, also I used to buy the Danone Shape Lasting Sensation that I believe are 'free'. They appear to have changed their name now and dropped the Lasting Sensation but I believe they are the same yoghurts, can anyone tell me if they are still free. Thanks.

I am thinking that perhaps I won't be far off if I count 2 syns for every 2 heaped teasponsful of Coffee Mate. I do enjoy my Filter Coffee but can't stand the skimmed milk in it.
