Coffee

    Hi all,

    I am finding that having a cup of coffee when I am craving something really helps:)

    I agree. Coffee or peppermint tea. It really does work wonders when you have cravings.

    I guess the peppermint tea would be kinder on the breath;-)

    Tea also works....as does hot water......!

    I have coffee and missed the milk on SS, so had vanilla shake with warm water for a lattee. Yummy! And to think at first i had all the soups and missed out coffee altogether, ohh the headaches as i used to have at least 10 a day.

    Ohh and hot water with the flavourings helped me through the winter. Kept me full through SS-ing.

    Yummy - need to try the latte with Vanilla shake and hot water
