I agree. Coffee or peppermint tea. It really does work wonders when you have cravings.

I have coffee and missed the milk on SS, so had vanilla shake with warm water for a lattee. Yummy! And to think at first i had all the soups and missed out coffee altogether, ohh the headaches as i used to have at least 10 a day.

Ohh and hot water with the flavourings helped me through the winter. Kept me full through SS-ing.
