Not sure Julie but I used to be the same with tea- I only ever wanted the tiniest drop of milk which really made no difference at all to the tea, but for some reason, without it, the tea tasted rotten.
when i went on refeed i couldn't drink a cup of coffee with milk in it and i really missed milk on the diet. Strange how ur taste changes.
As 4 tea i would have been a big tea drinker. Gave it up when i started LT and havn't wanted a cup since. Hate it black and couldn't stomach it white.
Maybe it will change again
Hi, All im missing is prawns very strange. Have found that I can drink coffee and tea without milk very easy, this is from one who wouldnt try it with skimmed milk. Think you have to keep trying it without. lol
I've always hated any type of herbal tea or fruit infusion but since I started on LT and didn't have much of a choice I've grown to really enjoy peppermint tea. It's naturally caffeine free and aids digestion (not that we're really eating much lol) and actually quite yummy. In fact, I'm sitting here with a cup as I type this Give it a go, you might surprise yourself
