Cold hands

This is day 2 of my restart and my hands are freezing....bizarrely I'm glad- it shows things are happening

My hands are always freezing, even when we had that warm weather I was the only one in a woolly cardy! Sometimes my hands are so cold my fingertips go numb

My hands are like ice all the time.. I have them wrapped round a cup of tea and a hot water bottle at night!
Daisy bed socks is a fab idea!!! X

My hands are always freezing too. My youngest son complains about them when I'm dressing him in the mornings I'm actually typing with a pair of fingerless gloves on right now
My nose gets really cold too for some reason
