i wear vests but what ever helps and long boiling baths help to defrost a bit xx

oh and have you tried warm water it does help and you get used to the taste eventually lol x

I've had to go out and buy soft fluffy bedsocks! LOL! my feet get beyond cold, then I can't sleep. Have even had to wear PJ's some nights.

i cant remember the last time I slept without socks, hot water is a great source of comfort and lots and lots of layers. With a 15 tog quilt. Go Lipotrim!!!!
