I am unsure what meats i can and cannot have @ lunch...

I love a nice sarnie during the week, so would love to know what pre packed ham/chicken/turkeys i can buy for 0 syns or little syns?

I Wont have a sarnie everyday BUT i cannot afford to be making lunch when i get back from work as i have a 3 yr old who demands lunch asap and i have a limited time frame from work - school run for other dd!!

Also, i am not a fan of homemade soups or cous cous..

I am FUSSY  so love a basic sarnie or a jacket spud, or i may have toast beans or i love tuna pasta ( with no mayo, luckily i hate the stuff hehe)

any ideas what meats i can eat??

Im away a fair amout with work and often find myself in the supermarket, having got bored eating the same thing in the hotel restaurant!

I'll often buy ham, plain sliced chicken breast (the skinless one) or sliced beef, ensuring that I remove all fat before I eat it.

Additionally, I will sometimes get the Quorn tikka or bbq strips which I also think are free.

Hope this helps a little
