cold medicine?

Hi All,

Just on my first week of LT. Unfortunately I have a cold and chest infection and was just wondering if cough medicine, lemsip, throat lozenges will affect weight loss?

I would check with your pharmacist or call lipotrim themselves but from what I gather cough medicine and lozengers both have sugar in which could knock you out of ketosis.
You can take paracetamol though x

I agree with angelove, I would check but its likely that there is sugar in cold medicine and this may bring you out of ketosis. However you can take paracetamol as far as I am aware x

Thanks for that, I thought as much. Not sure I'm in ketosis or not yet though.
