Coleslaw Recipe

I am looking for a coleslaw receipe to go with my lunch, does anyone have an good receipes?

Slimming World Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients:
· 1/2 white cabbage, grated.
· 1 large carrot grated
· 1 red onion grated
· 6 Laughing Cow Extra Lights (HE A choice) or 5 if just light
· 1 Tub of Quark
· 4 tablespoons of extra light mayonnaise (2 syns)
Method:
Add all the ingredients, to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place in a plastic container with lid and store in refrigerator, to use when you want it.

I make mine using white cabbage, red onion, shreadded carrots & 1 apricot mullerlight, a nice fruity coleslaw
