Colman's Cheddar cheese sauce

im planning on making cauliflower cheese tomorrow (yum ) and ive bought colmans cheddar cheese sauce, on the pack it says to use milk but im planning on using water instead, do you think this will make much of a difference to taste/texture??

Never tried it but made with skim milk before and was fine. Let me know how it goes x

I realised the calories on the packet included milk and its only 77 so I think I'm going to use milk
