colmans garlic and herb season and shake

    Is this free and can you use just chicken breast? It says its for whole chickens. Thanks :)

    They arnt free they are between 3 and 5 syns a packet but can not see the one you mentioned. Yep you can just use breast I use turkey steak in them as well

    Looks like the 18g packet is 3 syns the 24g packs are 3.5 syns and the 33g packets are 5 syns hope that helps

    It's 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food. So according to the NV's here a 32g bag is about 100kcal so 5 syns.

    I used it for just breasts. Reduced the cooking time to 30 mins and didn't add any oil. It works out really low syn divided by 4 people and gives a good ammount of lovely garlicy sauce :)
