Come into the garden.....!!

I've just come in from the garden, I've spent a couple of hours out there tidying and getting containers ready for planting spuds and things. I did the same yesterday too - and it just thrills me that I am able to do these things without getting exhausted and breathless and in pain all over - its wonderful!! Just under 15 stone - 14.13 to be exact - the least I've been for over 50 years!! I am so in love with Lipotrim right now!!

It's a fantastic feeling, I know. I loved being on Lipotrim and I wish I was still on it, strange but true, I really miss being in control and not having to worry if that 'biscuit' will pile on the pounds.
