funny thing is with all the HEA i now have my nails grow faster than they have before...or maybe its all the washing up cos im cooking from scratch so much!!!???!!!! hehe! x

Me too, my nails are growing much faster and are far stronger. I used to just have stubs! Am sure is due to HeA.
