You know what Casperos? I discovered the same thing. I was completely shocked at how much I used food as a substitute for comfort/ company/speaking my mind/keeping anger in, etc etc
I've learned to use other strategies over the many weeks on LT and you will too.
When we finish it, we won't turn to food like we did, Yay!!
Someone once wrote on here that if you want to eat think H.A.L.T
"if Hunger is driven by Anger, Loneliness,or Tiredness- DON'T DO IT!!
