I always associated watching TV with eating especially in the evening's...I don't watch TV that much anymore since giving up the food :D

You know what Casperos? I discovered the same thing. I was completely shocked at how much I used food as a substitute for comfort/ company/speaking my mind/keeping anger in, etc etc
I've learned to use other strategies over the many weeks on LT and you will too.
When we finish it, we won't turn to food like we did, Yay!!
Someone once wrote on here that if you want to eat think H.A.L.T
"if Hunger is driven by Anger, Loneliness,or Tiredness- DON'T DO IT!!

Cheers ! - Lol I think everything on tv is food at mo - oh well nothing like getting stronger when your nose is rubbed in it! :p
