Hello everyone. Once again, im coming back to Minimins A few years ago I lost several stone doing SW from home with the help of Minimins and I honestly couldn't have done it without you. Groups are just not my thing. Im Starting WW next week and will be going to meetings for a few weeks, but money is tight and I just don't feel comfortable in groups. Just checking in to say hi and get my head round things. Need to get a feel for healthy heating again and curb my alcohol intake. But im so uncomfortable and self consiouse, im willing to make the changes needed. Any advice or recommendations you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Im a working mum to a 2 year old toddler and 34 year old partner and there both as fussy as each other when it comes to food so any budget meals for one greatly welcolmed.
