Coming back to CD - a couple of questions..

Hola Everyone - I'm back! :D

I came off CD in early December and have put on a couple of lbs since then, but I'm back and want to lose another stone (already lost two with this diet, it's fab!)

I'm on day two now, and so far so good - it's mind over matter with me.

But was wondering if you could please answer a couple of questions for me about prawns and excercise...

I've just joined the gym and told my H2B that I'd pay for his subscription too (very generous!) I was going to go on the bike and then do some gentle lengths in the pool, do you think this would be too much excercise a couple of times a week? My CDC said it might be best to leave it until I've lost my weight, but I want to go.... what would you recommend?

AND

I've heard (or maybe it's wishful thinking?!) that I can have prawns on SS+ is this true or a cruel lie that I've heard??? :cry:

sorry prawns are only on the 810 plan :( .. I am on SS+ and wish they were on it !!!!

I am sure a little cycling and swimming will be fine .. just leave any aerobic excersise till you have finished and do some tonign type excersise ( swimming is great ) .. but just be aware not to over do it , adn if you do suffer any dizzy spells etc .. cycling probably isnt the best idea !!!

Hello and welcome back.. you are good to pay your H2B membership.. lovely ladie.. keep in touch and let us know how you do, lots of support and its great to know that you only put on a few lb's, so well done for that :) . Sorry about the prawns.. but you can have them when you up plans as Determinator said, lol. so that can be your mini aim ;) xx
