I'm coming back to the best diet ever :)...after doing really well and losing 16 lbs with weight watchers, i went on hol...then decided to try cd (AGAIN):mad: and ended up binge eating and always saying i'll start tomorrow! have put on 8lbs in 4 weeks and have had enough so going to use the last of my packs this week and get back on weight watchers...even if it takes me a year to reach goal it will be worth it, as will get my binge eating under control (which i never did till starting CD):cry: and be on a plan for life:p! I LOVE WEIGHT WATCHERS!!!

so hopefully posting a loss very soon:D

hi dappymare and welcome back to WW! I have to agree with you - for me this is the best 'healthy eating plan' and it works for me! About 5 years ago I lost 5&1/2 stone on WW but through my own stupidity did not stick to it after nearing my goal weight and ended up putting the weight back on!

You sound really motivated and you are coming back to something that you love which is fab!

Hi seriously dont kickstart on CD you'll just gain some back as its fluids and glycion stores that we lose in the first 3-4 days.
Just start ww kickstart and then you know where you are as if you use CD packs it will again may make you feel deprived and binge?
I did CD and LL for 5 years on and off and ended up 3 stone heavier,I too have nearly 4 weeks supply and did contemplate using them up and doing CD for 3-4 weeks for a big loss then everyone said some of it will go back on. Ask your CDC for a refund they should refund you some if you havent had the packs too long.

hey hun ya totally right...my kickstart is only 4 days tho to get me to where i was before stupidly coming off weight watchers!

My cdc wont give me a refund as already asked, so going to use my packs as lunch at work for week or so as they are 2 points and will have them with a salad roll :D so angry with myself for going back as know its not a good solution:rolleyes:
