If you need to take tablets to get better then please do....health has to come before this diet. Hope you feel better soon x

Can't offer any advice but hope you're feeling better soon, been lucky that I've not had a cold since I started as I seemed to have one most of the winter that I just couldn't finally shake off but managed to get rid of it just before I started.

Had horrific cold all week. Just had paracetamol which is what a lot of flu medications are (plus other junk) & hot water with orange favouring in. Taken extra vitamin c tablets & eccinacea. Seem to be getting better. Cough is driving me mad though.
