I go to my first WI on Saturday and can't help but think maybe its not gonna be good. You read all these super success stories where people loose 5 - 7lb in the first week, this isn't going to be me. I feel I have been really good and if I've only lost 1lb then its still a pound off but my head says ... your going to be devastated if its only 1lb. fingers crossed its better than that.

Today I have had (RED)
Breakfast
2 weetabix skimmed milk and banana

snack (coffee with friends)
Water and 1 x chocolate shell (sins ????? prob too many lucky only had 1)
Lunch
3 x boiled eggs and slices wafer thin ham on wm toast with butter (2sins?) (3 eggs as my son didn't eat his one ... GREEDY)
muller light yog with raspberries

Dinner
Stir fry with roast beed strips and blue dragon chow mein stir fry sauce (5sns)
natural yog with banana, raspberries, apple and grapes.

After writing that lot down I've prob had over my 10 sins today and I've had no excersise either.arrrahhh

Don't be so hard on yourself! :heartpump:

This is actually my first week too and I know that I'm not going to have lost some lovely amount like 5 lbs. Probably two at the most, even though I'm working hard! :patback:

I read on this very forum the following quote: "A little loss or staying the same is much better than having a gain!" Maybe tape that to your scale. Don't lose hope, you can do it! :party0011:
