i have 3 stone to lose mandy has 5 i think she said. we are good buddies. we are both start ss tomorrow. mine is a re-start as i have done ss b4 but put 10lb back on:cry:.

Hi Babe - yes kebab wicked but naughty - Alfie (my dog) enjoyed it too.
