The diet just works so hang in there!!

And make sure you are drinking loads as it cuts down on the mouth taste as you weeee out the ketones instead of breath them out.

Well done on the excellent loss, thats fantastic.
You can have listerine strips on lipotrim to help keep your mouth feeling a little fresher.
As Mike said plenty of water also helps.

hiya hello every one i haqd my first weigh in yesterday lost 10ibs but i messed up big time yesterday evening i ended up eating a indian takeaway but i throwed it all up again..........im still carrying on with it had two shakes already jus wntd to knw will i still be losing weight even after makin a mistake

Yes it does mess up ketosis, you are supposed to just be having the packs and water are all you are allowed. And the black tea or coffee.
