completely O/T but want to buy a computer (cheap) any help appreciated!

    Think its wise to go to a small computer shop and if you do have any problems you can always take it back and as they are small shop there more helpful , also they will be able to help you with the spec of the pc , my son and ex hubby are both in this trade .

    i dont know of any small comp shops. :(
    the comp i am on now is OK but not fantastic. Like it could be quicker and if i add one more song i think it would blow up!

    Thats a shame , I always find they are more helpful , my son used to work in hitchin when he was 14 when he first started out , well you know jim braning from eastenders , he walked in and asked my son a Question about the pc , my son didn't know who he was until he left the shop but he gave my son a £10 tip , my son still not knowing said no , I only gave you some advice hehe . but big compaines you just don't get looked after
