CONFUSED ABOUT SW CHIPS!

Hi. Im three weeks into SW and today discovered SW chips - what a revelation! However, I thought they were free on Green, EE AND Red but reading through various posts Im not so sure anymore. Can nyone please calrify and if they have to be syn'd, by how many?????

There freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee on GREEN and EE NOT free on RED. On red plan you have limited car based food so potatoes are to be synned on RED.

So enjoy on Green and EE.
