Red Days Confused.com

Ok .... so can someone clear something up for me please.

On EE and Green the "Slimming World" chips would be free ... Yes ? ?

But on a red day they would be have to be synned (yes/no) ? But if i have a 227g baking tatie, i can cut that into wedges leaving the skin on, par boil, bake and that would be free on Red ?

Gawd ... i`m sure i`ll get there eventually.

SW chips would be free on EE and green yes.
227g of cooked baking potato is 1 HEXB on red.

Yup ... Thankyou hun, i know it is a HexB ... the 227g tatie with skin left on ..... that bit is now sinking into the olde grey matter lol !!

But if i did the slimming world chips would they be synned on a Red ?

No - they would be your HEB as long as the skin is still on
Otherwise they would need synned on red

Thankyou Circes ..... I do like the chips, but had the wedges tonight and really enjoyed them, and it felt even better having them as a hexb


The chips on Red is 1 syn per 28g (?), so an average portion of 84g is 3 syns ... and well worth it
