Confused! Little help please!

    Hi guys

    I've been on pro points for nearly two months and have only lost a total of 5 pounds, I know it's good but I was hoping for more so I'm going to try discovery points this week as quite a fee of my family have done it and have been very successful!
    However one quick question, I found an online calculator that works out the points using cals and sat fat is this right? As I was looking on the Internet and a different calc was there using cals, fat and fibre? So I'm just confused which is which as I'm using the cals and sat fat one?

    Yes the UK Discover points included just calories and sat fat, think the USA discover plan included fibre. I have gone back to Discover after only losing 5lb since Jan.
