So, ive been following this old plan of the WW for about 4 weeks and lost 8 in total
Ive found it pretty easy and cant believe how much i can eat considering i was a low carber before, very low carber at that...
I needed some clarification, because im sure i read somewhere as you lose the weight you are supposed to reduce you points...
For example, i weighed 13stone 6lbs at a height of 5"7 so have been on 24 points in total as i consider myself a desk worker (tho i walk over 2 miles a day) and now weigh 12stone 8lbs.
My question is do I now reduce my points to 23points?
Or do i keep it at 24 points?
Im scared to death of stalling my weight loss by not eating enough... as i have done this in the past...
I still have 2 stone to go...
