Confused on WW points reduction or not? HELP

Hi

So, ive been following this old plan of the WW for about 4 weeks and lost 8 in total:D
Ive found it pretty easy and cant believe how much i can eat considering i was a low carber before, very low carber at that...

I needed some clarification, because im sure i read somewhere as you lose the weight you are supposed to reduce you points...

For example, i weighed 13stone 6lbs at a height of 5"7 so have been on 24 points in total as i consider myself a desk worker (tho i walk over 2 miles a day) and now weigh 12stone 8lbs.

My question is do I now reduce my points to 23points?:confused:
Or do i keep it at 24 points?

Im scared to death of stalling my weight loss by not eating enough... as i have done this in the past...:(
I still have 2 stone to go...
 
Hi yeah u should be on 23 points now. But with the sounds of it ur doing great. Each time you come down a stone u reduce ur points so if u were 13 stone then 13 points an 12 stone makes 12 points then add on your other points for hight an work. Keep up the good work x
