Potatoes are my favourite thing at the moment! So versatile! I do EE, so all lean meat and practically all "carbs" (potato, rice, pasta - as unrefined as possible) are free.
We have loads of mash, SW chips, SW roasties, potato salad...... OMG my potato salad is amazing, even if I do say so myself (new potaotes, big dollop of FF Nat Yog, big dollop of FF fromage frais, chopped chives, parsley and mustard).
