Confused!!! Please help me lol

I've just found out there's 14lb in a stone. Is this true as I thought it was 12lb in a stone??? Can someone help me clear this up lol! Thanks

Well I always thought it was 12! So does that mean when I got from 10.1 to 9.12 I'd really lost 3lb? Soooo confused haha

yes it does! I always get confused when I change to a different stone bracket, my maths is rubbish!!! x
