confused :s

Can anyone enlighten me regarding slimming world Healthy extras?

A few of my friends are on slimming world & giving me mixed info on how many from each you can have. One friend is telling me one from both A & B a day and another friend is saying two.

I'm still getting used to it all & just feeling slightly confused.

The same friend telling me two is also telling me that I should try & use up all my syns?

it all depends what plan you are following . On Extra Easy you get one of each , on green and red you get 2 of each . Do you not have your books to refer to ??
also with syns , it is advised when you first start to use at least 10 , it is more likely to help you stay on track , and also if your losses slow or stop later on it gives you something to reduce to get it going again .

If you follow EE it's one Hex A and one Hex B
For red and green days you can have one or two Hex A and two Hex B.
Most people have around 10 syns a day but you can have up to 15.... I try to use most of mine as I think it works better if you have them.

If you follow red or green days you can have 2 healthy extras on EE only 1 hope that helps :)
On the syn thing I rarely use all my syns but do try to have between 5 and 10 every day, my mother who only ever has around 12 a week!!!!! isn't losing as quickly.
If you're struggling to use all your syns try having them as part of a meal, I use the majority of mine on things like Mayo, salad cream or coleslaw :)

I do have stuff here but it didn't actually say on it that red & green days are two. It just says have one from both.

I'm using most of my syns at the moment on the likes of mayo, tomato ketchup etc.
Finding it quite enjoyable actually. Was talking about it with my hubby to be last night and telling him how it's nice learning to cook new & different things. Plus, bonus is he & our 6 year old are loving the food too! He's been ever so supportive, in fact from today he has now joined Slimming World also! :D

If you have the current book, on p28 it says for green days you choose once or twice from the A section and twice from the B section. And on p32 it says the same for red.
