I've just gone back to slimming World after putting back on all that I lost (and more) I notice there isn't any green plan anymore! I'm not cock-a-hoop about veg anyway so I want to use Quorn in some different dishes but I'm limited as I can't have chilli in any form. So I was thinking of doing a curry using coconut milk but I can't seem to locate its syn value. Can anyone advise?
