Upon loosing weight i feel better than i have ever done, i am more active, i concentrate more and i generally feel like a new(ish) person. However i have people that i know still taking the mikey out of me for being 'fat'. I know there are some people out there that will do this. However, My mind is all over the place, one part of me feels like going to nearest greasy food shop and chowing down as it makes me feel like there is no point in continuing, however, there is another part that wants to prove to them that i am better than them and that i can do it and they won't bother me. But the 'nasty' part keeps telling me it's useless and it has the louder voice. What do you guys do when this happens?

(I am sorry if this is covered somewhere else).

happens to me all the time...... just fight it. You can do it, **** the people that take this piss, don't retaliate to them because you know soon you'll be normal and a much happier person. And if they still say stuff give them a slap round the face lol
