I mentioned on another thread that my chemist suggested i do refeed this week which i am doing as i wanted to slow down the weightloss to help my skin not stretch! (have skin that stretchmarks quite easily). I Am expecting to lose 2lbs a week on this but just wondering will i be starting maintenance next week? Seems to be a very grey area in the leaflets i have. I do not want to maintain my weight i want to continue to lose. Anyone have any idea??
