Cooking with wine?

I'm adapted my favourite bolognese recipe now that I am following SW (EE). The only ingredient that still makes it not free is 200ml red wine. Obviously the alcohol cooks off but should I just syn it as if I would if I had drunk a glass of wine?

The recipe serves 4 so even if it's 8 syns my bolognese will still only be 2 syns per serving and I can live with that as it's the best recipe ever

that's what i do when i cook with wine. think it makes so much difference to the taste .. so worth it!
